We understand that many changes are happening with your move over to names.co.uk, so we’ve created some support guides to help guide you through your new Control Panel and services

How can I access Webmail?

To access webmail, navigate to webmail.yourdomain. For example, if your domain is namescosupport.co.uk your webmail login will be located at http://webmail.namescosupport.co.uk.

Note: You will be unable to log in via webmail.names.co.uk unless you have purchased and migrated to a Namesco email package.

How Can I Find/Change My Support Pin?

If you contact our support team, to aid in clearing security we’ll ask you for your Freeparking support pin. This would have been generated when you originally set up your Freeparking account.

Your current support pin can be viewed and changed on your Online Control Panel.

Once logged into your Namesco Online Control Panel, hover over the option for Account and select Account Details from the menu. Your account information will be displayed on this page, including your support pin.

If you wish to change your pin to a memorable word or phrase, simply select the “edit” button and type in what you wish.

Where Can I Locate my Invoices?

New Invoices

Any newly generated invoices for renewals or new product purchases can be located via your Online Control Panel. To access this, simply hover over Billing and select Invoices from the menu. A link to this section will be emailed to you when a payment is made.

Tip: You will need to log into your Online Control Panel to view/download your invoice.

Historical Invoices

If you require any historical invoices, please send us a support ticket and we can get these sent directly to you.

Info: Your invoice would have been sent directly to your contact email address at the time of payment (prior to your migration to names.co.uk).

How Can I Renew a Service?

You can easily renew any due services on your Online Control Panel. To do this, simply log into your Online Control Panel and from the menu hover over the option for Billing and select Renewals.

You’ll receive an email before any renewals are due. You’ll also see a red banner in your Online Control Panel whenever a service is nearing its renewal date.

What Payment Methods Can I Use?

Credit or Debit Card

The most convenient way to pay is by Credit or Debit Card. We accept:

  • Visa/Visa Delta/Visa Electron
  • Mastercard

Your card details won’t be included when we migrate from Freeparking to Namesco, but you can easily add a card(s) of your choice via your Online Control Panel.

You can pay online via our 128Bit Secure Ordering page or call us on 0345 363 3633 between 8 am and 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays). All payments will be taken in GBP (Great British Pounds).

BACS

Paying by BACS is often convenient and usually takes 3 days. We therefore, advise that if it is for a renewal, to make payment at least 7 days before the renewal date.

When making a payment, please write your Account Reference, Order Reference or Domain Name as the BACS reference. Please also send a brief e-mail to accounts@names.co.uk advising us of your payment. This will speed up its allocation to your account.

How Can I Access and Manage my Hosting?

You can easily access your hosting via your Online Control Panel. Here, you can easily manage and access your hosting.

When logged in to your Control Panel, select the Manage Hosting link beneath your hosted domain. A new tab will open taking you directly to your hosting.

How Can I Manage my Email?

You can manage your emails directly through your Online Control Panel. There are two methods to do this, depending on which email plan you currently have.

If you’ve got a dedicated email hosting plan, such as Business Email, select the Manage Email link beneath your domain name in the Online Control Panel.

Here, you can add/manage your users including changing your passwords.

If your email is included as part of a hosting plan, then you’ll need to access your email directly through your hosting. Follow the How Can I Access and Manage my Hosting section of this FAQ for further details.

Can I Move or Purchase Namesco Products?

Absolutely! With the migration to the Namesco Control Panel, you’ve gained full access to the Namesco product range. You can now migrate to or purchase:

  • Email Hosting

  • Security products such as SSL’s and SiteLock
