How to Pay with Credit

Note: We are unable to accept credit payments for monthly products. We recommend paying by card wherever possible.

To make a payment using credit, funds must first be transferred directly to our account. You can find full details on how to do this in the following support guide:

Once the credit has been added to your account, you can use it to renew existing services or purchase new ones. Follow the steps below to proceed:

Step 1:

Log in to your Online Control Panel

Paying via Credit

The process for using credit varies depending on whether you are renewing a service or buying a new one.

For Renewals:

Once logged in, hover over “Billing” and select “Renewals”.

Tick the services you wish to renew.

Click “Renew All Selected Services”.

On the next page, choose “Pay using Credit on the account” as your payment method.

For New Purchases:

Add the desired products to your basket.

When you reach the payment page, select “Pay using Credit on the account”.

Once the payment is confirmed, your services will be renewed or activated as normal.
