How to change your Nameserver Details

This guide will help you to change the Nameservers that your domain is delegated to. Before you start you will need to get these details from your other provider.

Before following this guide, you will need access to your Online Control Panel as the main account holder. If you need help with accessing this, then you can follow this guide here.

Step One

Once you are in the Online Control Panel, you’ll want to select the Domain Name you are looking to change the Nameservers for.

Step Two

From the domain summary screen, select Change Nameservers at the bottom of the page.

Step Three

Enter your Nameserver Details that have been provided to you. Once you have placed them into the boxes, click Update.

If you want to update to our Nameservers click on the link “Click Here” and then Update.

Changes to Nameservers can take roughly 12-48 hours to take effect.
