We’re pleased to announce that names.co.uk have re-imagined Build Me A Website to now include a website maintenance service.
Since the launch of our Build Me A Website service back in February 2016, we have built over 1,500 beautiful websites and received such fantastic feedback, so, we wanted to expand the service. Lots of our customers have asked whether we offer a maintenance service, on top of the website build but, we’ve not been able to make this happen… UNTIL NOW!
Every business should keep their website content fresh, to attract new customers and keep existing ones coming back for more. Plus, releasing new products or services to keep driving those sales and grow your business.
Maintaining an up-to-date website is important to any business, no matter its size. Your site is the online window to your business. It can have a huge impact on how your product or service is perceived.
As maintenance was requested so often, we’ve listened and believe that the new service will benefit you in many ways. Each month, you’ll get 2 hours of free amends, so whatever you need just let us know. Whether you’d like us to create a whole new page or add new products, to a complete refresh of imagery, text and colours, we’ll take care of it for you. How long does it take to create a website?
We’d hate to keep you waiting – the maximum turnaround time is only 6 weeks, from the initial chat to a live, fully functional website.
What’s the process?
1. We’ll talk through your business and the type of website design you’re after. We’ll get you logged into a dedicated portal, where you can see our progress, request amendments and support. We’ll also pop over a short questionnaire to get the details we need to get started, which you can find within your portal.
2. Our team get to work crafting SEO-friendly content that will make your business stand out from the crowd and add easy-to-navigate structure, stunning imagery, videos, FAQs, contact forms, and much more.
3. Once we’ve finished building, you’ll receive an email letting you know it’s ready to review – exciting! Take a good look around and let us know what you think. We’ll make any tweaks to your website, if something isn’t quite floating your boat.
4. Once you’re happy with your website, we’ll publish your site, opening your online business to the world.
5. Website maintenance is key to your success – each month fill in an amendment form and let us know exactly what you’d like to amend, and we’ll get to work on updating your website. From content tweaks and a refresh of imagery, to a whole new page & adding products, no job is too small or large.
How much is the website maintenance plan?
The cost of your build will depend on the type of website you need, which can range from £349 to £649. No matter which type of website you require, the maintenance package remains the same, at only £29.99 per month.
For a fraction of the cost of a Web Designer, you can relax knowing that your website is in safe hands.
I already have a site. Can you still create me a website?
Absolutely! If you decide to let us take the reins, we would discuss what changes you would like to make, and we would make suggestions on how we could improve your website.
If your website is hosted elsewhere, we’re more than happy to help. Give us a call and we’ll have a chat about where your website is currently hosted and how much (or little) you’d like to change your current website.
Can I request more than 1 new page a month?
We’d hate to restrict your big plans. If you decide you need more than 1 page added in a given month, just let us know. We will create as many additional pages as you need including search engine friendly content and stunning imagery for only £89.99 per page.
What if I need more time spent on my website?
Not a problem – if you do need more than 2 hours spent on your website in a given month, just let us know. There is an additional charge of £50.00 per hour.
Can I upgrade from a website to an online shop?
Absolutely – and you won’t need to have your website fully rebuilt. Our ecommerce software uses the same platform as Website Builder. So, give us a call to talk through your plans, and how you’d like your online shop to look and we will provide a bespoke quote.
Can I add my products without having an ecommerce website?
Due to the difference in how a website functions, compared to ecommerce website, this isn’t possible. If you choose to add an online shop, we would need to add more than just your products or services to your website. Shipping options, payment gateways, voucher codes and stock control to name a few!
