How often do I receive renewal reminders?

If you’ve opted for manual renewal for your packages with us, you’ll receive renewal reminders.

The first reminder arrives six weeks before your package expires.

Following that, you’ll receive an email reminder each week for the subsequent six weeks until the day before your renewal date.

In total, you’ll receive six reminders. We believe in providing ample notice to help you manage your renewals conveniently through our Online Control Panel.

If you’re on automatic renewals, you’ll receive two reminders, one each week starting from two weeks before your automatic renewal is processed.

Taking prompt action on renewal reminders is important for maintaining continuity and ensuring uninterrupted access to essential services and resources.
