How often do I receive renewal reminders?

Renewal reminders are sent out to customers who have packages set to manual renewal with us.

The first reminder is sent out to customers six weeks from the expiry date as our first initial contact.

Our emails are then sent out each week over that six-week period, until you get one the day before the renewal date.

In total you should have six renewal reminders in total, as we like to let our customers know in advance to give them enough time to sort their renewals out in the Online Control Panel.
