In this article, we will show you how to delete emails in bulk in Webmail<\/strong>. Bulk deleting emails is an effective method for maintaining a well-organised inbox, optimising storage capacity, and improving overall email management efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To begin, please log in to your Webmail at https:\/\/webmail.names.co.uk\/<\/a>. Enter your Username and Password, then select Login <\/strong>to proceed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the top right corner of the page, select Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enter 200<\/strong> for the Rows per page<\/strong> option, which is the maximum allowed value. Once done, select Save<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Press Select<\/strong> at the bottom of the page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, from the drop down menu that appears, select Current page<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TIP<\/strong>: Once Current page <\/strong>has been selected, you can select the checkbox on any email(s) that you wish to keep from this list.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

When you are ready to delete the selected emails, select Delete<\/strong> in the options bar at the top left of the screen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

TIP<\/strong>: If you wish to delete another batch of 200, you can then repeat Steps 6 \u2013 8 <\/strong>in the folder you are currently in, or you can move to another folder and repeat the process.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Finally, please repeat Step 6 – 8 <\/strong>in your Deleted Items<\/em> <\/strong>folder to permanently delete the required batch of emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE<\/strong>: It may take a period of a few hours for your Storage Quota<\/strong> to update. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
