In this article, you will learn how to change the footer on a page on your website. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Getting Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To get started, you first need to log into the web builder through your Online Control Panel. Unsure how to do so? Follow our guide HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step One<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To begin, click the footer area<\/strong> at the bottom of the page. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step Two<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the gear icon<\/strong> on the right to configure the footer properties. Here, you can choose to adjust the Footer Type<\/strong>, set the Section Background<\/strong>, or access one of the Advanced Settings<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Footer Type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Centred<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This footer type is used in most of our templates and features two text boxes positioned in the centre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Text by the sides<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This type has two text boxes \u2013 one on the left and one on the right. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Content<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This footer type is typically used in Online Store templates. It allows you to insert various types of content, such as a newsletter signup form from another menu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With Map<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This footer type includes a map. By default, you can specify the map address and edit the embedded content. The appearance will vary based on the selected Layout Style. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Section Background<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this section, you can choose from a selection of backgrounds or upload your own photo <\/strong>by clicking the plus icon<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you choose a background that is not monochrome<\/strong>, you can also configure Background Effects<\/strong>, such as a Colour Overlay<\/strong> or Animation<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Advanced Settings<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the advanced footer settings, you can adjust the width of content, such as forms or text blocks. Please note that these changes will only apply to the footer types With Content<\/strong> and With Map<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
