From inside your Online Control Panel, you can download a summary of your account details. This information includes your email address, memorable word and account number. This guide will guide you through the Online Control Panel to be able to download this file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step One<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Navigate to our website names.co.uk<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once on the website, choose \u201cLog in\u201d <\/strong>found on the top right-hand side of the page and log into your Online Control Panel. If you need assistance with this, please follow this guide<\/a><\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step Two<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have successfully logged into your Online Control Panel, navigate to the \u201cAccount\u201d<\/strong> tab and from the drop-down menu choose \u201cAccount Details\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step Three<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Now you will see a page called “Account \u2013 Details\u201d<\/strong> \u00a0and on the right hand side of the page you will see \u201cDownload account details\u201d <\/strong>\u2013 Once you click on this button it will download the file as a .CSV. To open this type of file you will need a program such as Microsoft Excel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
