Introduction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It is important to keep your Account secured, and although you have a password to log into the account, we would always advise setting up Two-Factor Authentication to ensure you account is fully locked down to only yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two-Factor Authentication means that once the correct username and password has been entered it will then ask you to enter a security code. This security code is found using an authenticator application such as Google Authenticator<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guide will go through how to this up this extra security feature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step One<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Navigate to our website names.co.uk<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once on the website, choose \u201cLog in\u201d <\/strong>found on the top right-hand side of the page and log into your Online Control Panel. If you need assistance with this, please follow this guide<\/a><\/u><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step Two<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once you have successfully logged into your Online Control Panel, navigate to the \u201cAccount\u201d<\/strong> tab and from the drop-down menu choose \u201cTwo-Factor Authentication\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step Three<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To enable Two-Factor Authentication click on the \u201cSetup authentication\u201d<\/strong> button or choose the toggle currently saying \u201cDisabled\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You\u2019ll be required to download\u00a0Google Authenticator<\/strong>\u00a0or your preferred authenticator app, then scan the QR code with this app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This page will now guide you through all the steps to setup Two-Factor Authentication. Follow the steps on this page and when completed choose the \u201cEnable authentication\u201d<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step Five<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Once enabled it will show on the Account \u2013 Security page as Enabled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Step Six<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To disable the Two-Factor Authentication you will need to click on the \u201cEnabled\u201d <\/strong>toggle button which will present you with a page to confirm you would like to disable. If you choose \u201cContinue\u201d<\/strong> this will turn off the added security measure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
