Enter your <strong>Username <\/strong>and <strong>Password<\/strong>, and click <strong>Login<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"457\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-119.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4448\" style=\"width:340px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-119.png 457w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-119-300x266.png 300w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-119-50x44.png 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 457px) 100vw, 457px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Basics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have logged into <strong>Webmail<\/strong>, You will see the options seen in the picture below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"605\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-120-1024x605.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4449\" style=\"width:454px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-120-1024x605.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-120-300x177.png 300w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-120-768x454.png 768w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-120-50x30.png 50w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-120-1536x908.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-120.png 1724w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Refresh<\/strong> will check if there are any new messages within one of your folders, it will load any messages into this folder if it has been sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compose<\/strong> will allow you to send an email to a recipient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reply<\/strong> allows you to respond to any selected email within your inbox. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reply all<\/strong> is an option to reply to a list or the sender and all recipients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forward<\/strong> lets you forward an email that you have within a folder to another recipient\/ <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Delete <\/strong>will erase the email within a folder, this will be sent to your <strong>Deleted Items<\/strong> folder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mark<\/strong> will allow you to tag an email as <strong>Read, Unread, Flagged, <\/strong>and <strong>Unflagged. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>More<\/strong> brings a drop-down menu for you to select from. This could be <strong>Printing a message, downloading the email, or moving the email to another folder.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Basics of Composing an Email<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When composing an email, you have a few options to alter your email before you send it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add a recipient to <strong>CC (Carbon Copy) <\/strong>or <strong>BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) <\/strong>into the email so that they will be included within this email. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a tool bar above the text box where you compose your email, this can help you edit the content within the box to your ideal liking before you send to the recipient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"330\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-123-1024x330.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4452\" style=\"width:707px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-123-1024x330.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-123-300x97.png 300w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-123-768x247.png 768w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-123-50x16.png 50w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-123-1536x495.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-123-2048x660.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sending attachments <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you need to send an attachment such as a <strong>Word Document <\/strong>or a <strong>PDF<\/strong>, this can be done in a few ways. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Files will be attached in a box on the<strong> Right Side<\/strong> of the screen when composing an email. By creating folders, you can easily sort and locate messages, making it simpler to stay organized and find important information in your email inbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will start your <strong>Webmail<\/strong> account with <strong>Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam, <\/strong>and <strong>Deleted Items<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"195\" height=\"141\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-138.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4483\" style=\"width:253px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-138.png 195w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-138-50x36.png 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 195px) 100vw, 195px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>At the bottom of the column with your folders in, there will be a <strong>Settings<\/strong> <strong>Cog<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"660\" height=\"597\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-142.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4508\" style=\"width:248px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-142.png 660w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-142-300x271.png 300w, https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/image-142-50x45.png 50w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Selecting this will allow you to manage these folders, whether this is adding a new folder or editing a current folder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can click on a folder and see how much storage you are using, just in case you need to delete emails.
