A <strong>Shared Mailbox<\/strong> is a type of mailbox in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 that allows multiple users to access and manage the same email account. Choose a name that is relevant to the purpose of the shared mailbox e.g. HR Team, Technical Support, Sales etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Email address<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The email address that users will be able to send and receive email to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Alias <\/strong>(optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Another name for the email address.
