{"id":390,"date":"2020-09-14T13:52:49","date_gmt":"2020-09-14T12:52:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/kbnco.names.dev.pdunsford.localdev\/?post_type=ht_kb&amp;p=390"},"modified":"2020-09-14T13:52:49","modified_gmt":"2020-09-14T12:52:49","slug":"how-to-copy-your-calendar-to-microsoft-365-outlook-2010","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/articles\/how-to-copy-your-calendar-to-microsoft-365-outlook-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"How to copy your Calendar to Microsoft 365 (Outlook 2010)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Office365 packages that Names.co.uk offer are part of the Microsoft Small Business range of products, as such any support articles at http:\/\/office.microsoft.com may not look exactly the same as Microsoft offer other packages such as Enterprise Office365.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are interested in other Office365 products outside of our advertised range, please contact our Sales team who will see if we can arrange a suitable solution for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This article assumes that you have purchased your Office365 package, the supported setup has been completed and you have your new Office365 account set up on Outlook 2010.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To start copying your Calendar over, open Outlook 2010 and select&nbsp;<strong>Calendars<\/strong>&nbsp;on the left side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/outlook1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next select your local Calendar on the left hand side then select&nbsp;<strong>View<\/strong>&nbsp;at the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/outlook2.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now select&nbsp;<strong>Change View<\/strong>&nbsp;and choose the&nbsp;<strong>List<\/strong>&nbsp;option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/outlook3.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now to select your whole calendar, select the first item in the list and then press&nbsp;<strong>CTRL + A<\/strong>&nbsp;to select all of the calendar items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now simply right click and select&nbsp;<strong>Copy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/outlook4.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now select on your Office 365 Calendar on the left hand side, then paste your calendar in by pressing&nbsp;<strong>CTRL + V<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be patient while the calendar items are moved.
