This email is from your Parallels Plesk panel and not from ourselves, it is also not referring to billing for your server or the domain name itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When creating a domain in Plesk you are given an array of options, one of which is the&nbsp;<em>Expiry Date<\/em>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<em>Validity Period<\/em>&nbsp;of the domain. Essentially this means &#8220;how long until the domain expires and automatically suspends itself&#8221;. The main purpose of this is for you to be able to control billing for your own customers, having Plesk automatically suspend people who have not paid their renewals, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you would like to remove this limitation or need to reactivate a domain that has inadvertently expired, follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Plesk 9.5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log into Plesk.<\/li><li>Select &#8220;Domains&#8221; from the left menu.<\/li><li>Click the domain name in question.<\/li><li>Click the &#8220;Resource Usage&#8221; icon.<\/li><li>Set the &#8220;Expiration date&#8221; under &#8220;Validity Period&#8221; to either a date in the future or &#8220;Unlimited&#8221;.<\/li><li>Click &#8220;Ok&#8221; to save.<\/li><li><em>(optional) Unsuspend the domain if required.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Plesk 11<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Log into Plesk.<\/li><li>Select &#8220;Domains&#8221; from the left menu.<\/li><li>Click the domain name in question.<\/li><li>Click &#8220;Customize&#8221; from the top menu bar.<\/li><li>Set the &#8220;Expiration date&#8221; to either a date in the future or &#8220;Unlimited&#8221;.<\/li><li>Click &#8220;Ok&#8221; to save your changes.<\/li><li><em>(optional) Unsuspend the domain if required.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Setting the date to&nbsp;<em>Unlimited<\/em>&nbsp;will stop the domain from automatically suspending itself in future due to the expiry date, so unless you need this feature specifically we recommend using Unlimited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Additional note for Plesk 11<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; If you select the&nbsp;<em>Unlimited Plan<\/em>&nbsp;when creating a domain then all settings will already be set to&nbsp;<em>Unlimited<\/em>&nbsp;and the domain will not automatically expire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Plesk may occasionally send you an email stating that a subscription is about to, or has, expired.
