If you cannot find the exact software version you are using or have further questions about configuring Mac Mail for any reason, please visit:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/uk\/support\/mail\/\">Apple &#8211; Support &#8211; Mail section<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the&nbsp;<strong>Mail<\/strong>&nbsp;menu and click&nbsp;<strong>Preferences<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/MacMail_1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose the&nbsp;<strong>Accounts<\/strong>&nbsp;tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From the&nbsp;<strong>Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)<\/strong>&nbsp;drop down menu at the bottom of the screen, choose the option&nbsp;<em>Edit SMTP Server List<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Select the&nbsp;<em>Advanced<\/em>&nbsp;tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Set the&nbsp;<strong>Server Port<\/strong>&nbsp;to 465 and tick the box&nbsp;<strong>Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following tutorial is provided as a courtesy to our customers to help you configure your mail software to work with Namesco mail solutions.
