If you are missing any or you&#8217;re unsure, call our team on&nbsp;<strong>0345 363 3632<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-nco-info-block\"><p class=\"nco-info-block-content\"><strong>Info:<\/strong> If you already have an account setup within the Email app, you will need to use the <a href=\"#alt-method\">alternative method<\/a> to add a new account.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Firstly, let&#8217;s start by opening the&nbsp;<strong>Email<\/strong>&nbsp;application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/step11.png\" alt=\"android step 1\" width=\"275\" height=\"555\" title=\"android step 1\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have not used the Email app before, you will have the option to&nbsp;<strong>Add New Account<\/strong>. If you already have an account setup, please use the alternative method shown at the bottom of this guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/step2.png\" alt=\"android tap add new account\" width=\"275\" height=\"555\" title=\"android tap add new account\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On the next page enter your&nbsp;<strong>Email Address<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Email Password<\/strong>, and choose&nbsp;<strong>Manual Setup.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/step3.png\" alt=\"android enter email address\" width=\"275\" height=\"555\" title=\"android enter email address\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 4<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Choose the option for&nbsp;<strong>IMAP.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/step4.png\" alt=\"android choose imap\" width=\"275\" height=\"555\" title=\"android choose imap\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now enter your&nbsp;<strong>Email Address<\/strong>&nbsp;as the&nbsp;<strong>Username<\/strong>&nbsp;and complete the&nbsp;<strong>Incoming Server<\/strong>&nbsp;settings as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/step5.png\" alt=\"android step 5\" width=\"275\" height=\"555\" title=\"android step 5\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Scroll down and enter the\u00a0<strong>Outgoing Server<\/strong>\u00a0settings &#8211; once again you will need to use your\u00a0<strong>Email Address<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>Email Password.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>&nbsp;In order to use our outgoing mail server you will need to have the&nbsp;<em>Authenticated SMTP<\/em>&nbsp;add-on product.
