If you deselect this option, you will have the opportunity to create a password of your own choosing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Should you choose to create your own password, it is recommended that your new password be at least eight characters in length and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Require this user to change their password when they first sign in<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user will be prompted to create a new password the first time they log into their account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is typically used for security purposes, i.e. an administrator creating a new account and setting a temporary password.
