How to open a support enquiry.

To open new support enquiry:

Once logged in to your Control Panel and select Support Tickets from the main page menu:

Make sure to use an active email address in your Contact Details section, as a copy of our support responses will be sent here:

Select the department you're addressing the support enquiry to, in this example we'll select Support:

Lastly the Brief description and the Full description fields are compulsory fields, if these are not filled in the form cannot be sent. Once complete, press Submit:
