How to renew products
To allow plenty of time for you to organise payments, names.co.uk send renewal notifications for your products approximately six weeks prior to expiration. Once you get a renewal reminder, you are able to renew at any time.
Alternatively, there are two ways to view renewals you need to attend to online. You can login to your Online Control Panel or you can use the Login button at the top of the page.
If you would like to renew without logging directly into your Online Control Panel, you can click Login. You will then be logged into both the website and Online Control Panel, making it easier for you to switch between the two. If you have renewals to make, a red number will appear above the Renewals button. To manage your renewals, you can simply click on this box and you will be taken directly to the renewal page of the Online Control Panel.
To renew through your Online Control Panel, login and select Billing Options from the left menu.
If you have renewals due within the next six weeks, you will be immediately taken to the Renewals Due section at this point.
You will now see a screen similar to the one below.
To renew a product, place a tick in the tickbox next to the product and click on Renew.
You will be taken through to our secure checkout to make payment for the product.
