How to change the method by which a product is renewed
Dependent on the products you have with Namesco, there are various methods by which you can renew those services. Through your Online Control Panel it is possible to change these methods at almost any time, the only exception being with Direct Debit changes when a renewal is due within 14 days.
Enabling automatic renewal on a product
Enabling the option to automatically renew a product takes away the worry of missing an important renewal date. To enable automatic renewals on your account, start by logging in to your Online Control Panel.
Once you have logged in to your account, select Billing Options from the left hand menu
From the Billing Options sub-menu, select Manual Renewals
You will then see a list of all products on your account which are currently configured for manual renewal. To change the renewal to automatic, place a tick in the check box next to the product/s then select the drop down menu next to the Method: field. In this list you will find any cards currently setup on your account, the option to add a new card & the option to setup a Direct Debit (Direct Debits can only be setup for monthly packages). Once you have selected the desired option, select pbold]Update[/bold]
Cancelling automatic renewals
If you no longer wish to renew a product, or would simply like to manually pay for a renewal, and the product is an annually renewed package, you can cancel through the Online Control Panel.
Once you have logged in to your account, select Billing Options from the left hand menu
From the Billing Options sub-menu, select Card Renewals
You will now see a list of the packages which are configured for automatic renewal against a card. Place a tick in the check box next to the product you wish to place on manual renewal, then select the drop down menu next to the Method: field. Select Manual Renewal from the bottom of the list, then select Update.
Your product will now have moved from the card renewals list, and you will see that it is now listed in the Manual Renewals list if you select that option from the left menu.
