Prices are quoted both exclusive and inclusive of VAT. All purchases are charged with VAT and you will be issued with a VAT invoice for each purchase. Business owners may be able to recover VAT, meaning the price you pay is exclusive of VAT, however Namesco Limited cannot assist with this activity.

Scheduled Email and Webmail Maintenance
On Tuesday 17th December at 23:00 we will be conducting some essential maintenance operations on our Email and Webmail platforms.
During this time, emails will still be delivered to mailboxes as normal but customers will not be able to access them either via an email program or Webmail.
We anticipate this essential maintenance to last for no longer than 30 minutes.

Cloud Server Platform Maintenance 16th and 17th December 2013: Starts 8AM UK time
Following up on the first phase of our maintenance task, in conjunction with Microsoft and our hardware vendor we will be carrying out the second phase of remedial work on our Cloud Server platform starting at 8AM UK time on the 16th of December and continuing on the 17th of December 2013.
This maintenance task should not be service affecting although you may experience some latency on your Cloud Server. The platform will not be at risk during this time.
